for over a year now I've been playing Windows 11 update roulette with Microsoft. Every check about my PC says it should run Windows 11. I have tried every update process known on the web and no bueno.. it simply will not update to Windows 11. I look up the error code on the web - try fixes - have done this ad nauseum to no avail. Only thing I have not tried is a complete fresh install of Windows 11. Why is the PC not updating when all Microsoft approved checks say it should? And yes I have tried all the canned suggestions and yes, the PC is plugged in and powered.
