I have a problem in Microsoft Word. The problem is: I can not move in any equation using direction keys properly. First, I asked the community for this situation. Then someone from Microsoft, Waqas Muhammad, advise me to add a new user account to my Windows and open Word and check whether the problem appears or not. When I tried to move in equations in Word using direction keys with my new account, I saw that there is no problem. The keys work properly.
