file sorting gone weird

I have a problem sorting through "download" folder. I pressed on sorting to find a particular file but it turned out to be like this, stacks of many file type labels which I don't need came up like this. I clicked sorting button so many time to try and get rid of these labels but to no avail. Nothing seems to change, it didn't even re-sort anything under each label. How could I fix this?Windows 11 on notebook computer
