I need to run CScript on my computer for a scripting class I am taking, and I keep getting Input Error: Can not find script file "C:\Hello1.vbs".

I have a Lenovo computer with Windows 10. I took McAfee off of it as that is something a post said to try. I also did REGEDIT to make sure my Windows Script Host was enabled, I did have to change the value to 1 from 0. I also checked the HKey classes root for .vbs and it does say VBSFile. I then ran Microsoft Safety Scanner. On CMD I ran sfc/scannow.
