Explorer Doesn't Start After Last Windows Update

Help...Windows Explorer doesn't start after last Windows Update. It's just a black screen.I have access to Task Manager and some applications / processes that can be run via the "Run new task" option.Windows hotkeys don't work (i.e. windows key + " ")
