I'm on windows 11 pro. with version 24H2(OS BUild 26100.2314). When I go into File Explorer and click on the 3 dots in the address bar for "see more" the tab always opens upwards. Hence if the window is at the top of the screen, the options are not visible. I have to drag the screen down in order to see them and this issue is in all our same windows 11 version.
