Pin and Fingerprint sign in unavailable

Hi, I have tried restarting multiple times, my pin didnt work, then I deleted it, then it worked for a bit and now it doesnt again. My fingerprint stopped working like 6 months into getting my computer and its genuinely so frustrating. I have tried the advance restart and renaming the command prompt folder and nothing will work. I have tried logging out of my Microsoft account. No updates needed. All I need is help
