can.t upgrade from win 10 to win 11

i can not upgrade to windows 11 from updates, pc health says my cpu is not compatible, but when i check the list it is on it. here is my cpu data ntel(R) Core(TM) i7-7820HK CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
