Hi Microsoft,So I recently factory reset my laptop so that I could start new, however ever since the factory reset, my microphone is now not working as an input device, but only an output device. Before the factory reset, it would work just fine when plugged in, meaning that I could actually use it to talk to people. However now it doesn't even show up as an option in the recording section of the sound settings but only an option in the playback. I don't quite know why its not showing up at all.
