Item missing from Microsoft store.

Hello,I've just recently went back to Microsoft Store and realize that Minecraft bedrock and java duluxe edition is missing. Previously my Microsoft account also went missing and I have to create a new one using the same email address and username. I have proof of receipt for my purchase. I hope that someone from Microsoft store team can help me.Thank you.
