Dell Vostro 15 3000 - Internal speaker not working/no audio output device available

I have been having problems with my Dell Vostro forever and a day. The internal laptop speakers just stopped working quite a while back and I've been trying to find a solution on and off for this but with no luck so far. I am able to pick up external devices (bluetooth, headphones and other audio devices) however no luck in finding the speaker for output. Below is a screenprint of my system information
