Windows 10 retirement, Not ready to upgrade.

I've used Windows 10 for about 6 years and heard that Microsoft is stopping support for the operating system. I've been asked to upgrade to Windows 11 quite a few times now, and I feel like I'm not ready to move away from Win 10 for quite a while. I know its in about a year, but I don't think I want to move to a different look and UI for maybe another year or two after. Is there any way to extend support for an extra year or two, or is there any way to make Win 11 look like Win 10?
