NVIDIA app not working

Every time I try to open the NVIDIA app it get an error. This recently started happening after I did an update to my Opera Gx browser and my windows laptop. After these updates finished and my computer restarted, when I try to open the NVIDIA app to do some graphics driver updates, it won't let me do the update because of the error which is in the image I have attached to this thread.
