Internet does not work

I have a computer that has internet connected and won’t show the “Wi-fi settings” or open the setting it’s just gone, i have tried about nearly 20 videos trying to fix this problem but none of them worked the closest I got was to getting the Wi-Fi on but it won’t work. It just says that the internet access is blocked even if the internet is connected.
