Is it possible in Windows 11, to make the E drive (my new SSD) be the default place for all of my files (i.e. documents, pictures, music and videos)?

I have a Windows 11 desk top pc which came with a 1 TB SSD. Now 5 short months later it has only 167 GB left of free space, so I got a second 1 TB SSD which I have installed and initialized the 2nd SSD and now I am left wondering, is there a way to use the now labeled E drive be the default drive for storing my files? I saw a similar question with a Windows 10 computer and checked mine using the similar steps, but Labels is not a tab in windows 11, where it is in Windows 10. Is this doable, or do I have to manually direct the files (i.e. documents, pictures, music and videos) to the E drive, e
