Windows 10 (64 bits) can’t access to wifi after update

Hi, I just updated my laptop the other day and suddenly the very next day, my wifi adapter was gone. I tried to install the adapter via my device support website but it didn’t help either. I’m desperately in need of this laptop to function so is there any solution to hopefully bring back my wifi?
