Internet Issues

Recently had to reinstall windows completely, and for some reason the internet speed is 10x lower than it should be. I checked on my phone to see how much Mbps I get and it said 200, however on my laptop it says 20 Mbps, I have used speedtest.net to test it out.Same thing with steam too, it used to download at 130 Mbps now its reduced to around 10 - 20 Mbps
