I interrupted the first Windows installation and now it won’t install at all.

At work, I interrupted the Windows 10 installation on my laptop and now every time I restart my computer a message comes up that says that “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click ‘OK’ to restart the computer, and then restart the installation”. I keep restarting the computer but the same error message appears. What can be done to install Windows?
