Unable to do any operation (apart from dir in CLI} on a folder (and contents thereof) called "(6) The Vigilant Fox

He's not a medical doctor, yet he was this public health advocate on televis_files". Folder and contents are visible in File Explorer, but can't be renamed or moved or deleted. Presume this is a problem with forbidden characters. I would at least like to be able to delete it. Suggestions?
