Why do my updates keep failing?/can't opt out of insider preview

Hello, I am doing regular updates on windows 10 and then all of a sudden they are just straight out failing now. I also can't opt out of insider preview even though I turned on the "stop getting preview builds option". The error code for the update is (0x80248007)
