My laptop doesn't shut down and automatically turn on even when I hard shut down it by power button

Hi,I had the issue when my laptop automatically turn on when I shut it down, even with hard button. There's an update to my laptop yesterday. Since then, the laptop continuously showing issues: (1) cannot shut down, (2) hub port cann't supply enough power (I only use hub port for monitor and mouse).Please help me with this. Thank you.
