Hello! It seems my computer went for an update on it's restart. Now, the PC flashes the HP logo, before going to a black screen.I've reset the computer a number of times. Sometimes the HP logo doesn't appear and it goes immediately black. I am able to get into the computer using 'Safe Mode'. I am not able to restore my pc from a previous backup. I've had the PC for 4 years and updates always seem to be a bit of an issue, but it's never gone to this black screen.
