booting into UEFI BIOS

Hello, my computer always boots into UEFI BIOS instead of Windows. I tried to recovery but it always fails because I can never get it to reboot. I was wondering if I bought a Windows 10 system disk from Best Buy and reinstalled the computer by inserting the system disk, would that completely fix the problem?
