Update KB File KB5044280 not getting opened and installed via DISM

Hello sir,I am currently running WIn10 22H2-19045.5131 on my computer. I need to update it to WIn10 22H2-22000.XXXX.For this I am trying to install KB5044280.cab on my computer. But it is showing the error as : Upload and share screenshots and images - print screen online | Snipboard.io help me to install this CAB file.Thank you.
