Reinstalling windows with image ISO

Hi guys, I wanted to reinstall windows cause of corrupted files that i cant repair, i wanted to do it without loosing files. Is this possible to not loose any data on my main disc and the second one. Can i secure it somehow? And next question my windows got bsod ecery time after around 10/15 mins of working is this possible to do this in recovery mode?Thanks in advance
