Microsoft Windows 11 24H2 outlines icons in taskbar

So I have an issue. When running 24H2 (Stable), my taskbar highlights the first icons it could find on startup. It's mostly the Widgets icon, or the windows button if the widgets are disabled or if the taskbar is set to left.It happens on 24H2 and not 23H2. It's kinda annoying especially during startup.
