Windows 11 Digital Licence

After a BIOS update, Windows made me reset my PIN, and I lost my activation after that. I even reinstalled Windows, but it still doesn’t work. I had a digital license linked to my Microsoft account, and it always worked before, even after changing hardware multiple times. I already contacted support, but they couldn’t help (Windows 11 Pro, version 10.0.26100, Build 26100).
