No computer audio Windows thinks the audio service is not running

This is followed by a BIOS update on my ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING motherboard. The issue was originally the audio service wouldn't start due to the log in set to an account, I can't remember what account or what the service was set to prior to the issue starting.
