I had an RAT on my PC but I'm not sure I got rid of it.

So I downloaded a .exe and got a RAT all it did was steal 2 tf2 items before I changed my password and wiped my disk (I also reinstalled windows) but I had an unknown activity after the wipe. What should I do?
