Window 10 Black screen with cursor

Hi , I’m in dire need of help , i’m experience the black screen with cursor after i have logged in with my pin.It happened after i updated my windows for the update (KB5046613) , i’ve tried to revert back and I cant.I can’t reset or use safe boot due to the password being incorrect even though it’s correct.Its explorer.exe only i’m assuming , i can open my other applications fine via the folder explorer and the shortcuts inside i’ve also tried SFC scan now and it didn’t fix it
