Switch on failure and error message and hanging

My windows 10 shows me a blank screen immediately i turn it on with ESC to continue at the left corner and immediately after it will show press F2 and some other write up related to hardware configuration. When i press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, it takes me out and brings me back to that exact write ups. Sometimes also, it turns on normally and while in use, it hangs and delays in some apps like easy worship

Right click any drives on the navigation pane crashed window explorer but right click any drives on the File/Folder listing pane works normally
