Is there’s a problem with Microsoft Windows App Runtime DynamicDependency LifetimeManager?

I am receiving this error when trying to open some applications "There’s a problem with Microsoft Windows App Runtime DynamicDependency LifetimeManager. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator." For example MS SyncFolder cannot run and opening a PDF file from the File Explore using a 3rd party app.I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit OS. Moreover, the issue seems to have begun when the system automatically updated on 11/12/2024, when Four "Quality" and One "Other" updates were installed.1.
