Every time my laptop awakes from sleep, the primary mouse button is switched back from left-handed mode to right-handed mode

Windows 10, Lenovo P51, Logitech Logi wireless mouseYes, windows 10 IS up to dateYes, I tried updating my mouse drivers (they were already up to date)Yes, I already know how to switch buttons in the settings. Don't explain that to me. The problem is that it gets switched back and does not remember my choice.No, I should not have to edit the windows registry (which apparently does not work anyway)How is it that this problem still exists in 2024?
