Windows apps not opening

Sticky Notes, Media Player, Store, Calculator app, all of these pre installed Windows apps will not open. I click to open, the icon flashes on my toolbar, but immediately closes. I've tried searching for updates, resetting apps, cannot re install apps since the store won't open.
