Language change Windows 11

Hello, I bought a computer in China and Windows is in Chinese, single language edition, so I can not change it easily. I was planning to reinstall it using a bootable disk and an english version, but on windows website, they state it should match the current language of my system. Does it matter ? Can I still reinstall in english or not then ?Thank you.
