Public folder, nuisance

I’m booting up ann old windows 7PE file and it still says public folder also just last week I bootedup to an old Windows 7 on a different hard drive. I never owned and it didn’t have the public folder on it. Email me on how to get rid of it. I think it’s a boot sector MBR boot tag
