I cant install or run anything that is on my second M.2

So a few days ago I got a blue screen out of nowhere and now I cant run certain programs or download games to my secondary M.2, when I try to download anything on to steam I get Disk write Error and I'm pretty sure its Write Protected, from what I found on the internet, could not really get it to disappear, I have tried to remove the m.2 and put it back in but it won't let me use it, I can see it in my files but cant delete anything from that drive, what should I do?I have updated Bios and Nvidia Graphics
