windows 10 & 11 iso am downloading is updated till date or only specific version?

Hi, I am getting some calls from customers who want the original OS with up-to-date updates because of the licensed key. So, I'm downloading from the Microsoft website for both Windows 10 and& 11. My question is, is the Windows ISO file I'm downloading up to date( that means without any old updates), or does only the particular version downloaded & need to install updates with the Windows update page, including the security update?
