Cancel invoice

Hi,we requested "Online Commercial Support" in my private microsoft account.The invoice address is wrong, the support was not able to change the address.We need the cancel for this order, how is this possible?The private support - asks me to create a business support ticket, because they cant help.The business support - could also not help at all.
