Window 11 screen unable to sync and crops freezes every few minutes

Over the last few months, every few minutes or so, my screen will crop and freeze, and I find it REALLY annoying and don't really know what's going on. This only happens in Chrome, Discord, Notion, and more. I cannot find and resolve this! If anyone can help me, I really appreciate it. I also encounter new bugs from my laptop every few weeks or so and it will make me harder to resolve this problem.
