how to get to forum without screen below opening with expired MS window as well

when i click on the outlook icon to go to the forum, the image i've attached comes uphow do i get to the forum and check for responses from you.I did ask thisonce before but can't locate the reply. thank youthis problem didn't exist until you changed outlook.
