Windows 10 PC won't shut down after latest upgrade installed on 16/11/24

After latest upgrade my Win10 PC rebooted each time I tried to close down Win10; had to resort to pressing the power button. Backed out the 2 updates done on 16/11/24 (one was a security update) and now shuts down correctly as expected.
