Lenovo Yoga 920-13IKB Blue screen crashing - W10

This Yoga has been a great machine but lately crashing into blue screen mode. There is no consistent trigger that I can identify. Blue screen does not stay on long enough even to record error. It is creating minidump files now. Have run Lenovo diagnostics and all driver updates, no joy.
