How do I set up multiple servers to act as a single, more powerful computer?

I received 3 identical HP servers, with dual 20 core xeon processors, and 256gb of ddr4 ram. They have 25Gb networking connections, and 8 2.5" HDD bays in the front that I intend on populating with a raid 6 array.I'm not familiar with windows server, but some quick googling told me that cluster computing exists, but I'm not sure how to set it up, what software and licenses I'd need, etc. I do a lot of CAD work, and find myself running up against the 24 core CPU in my desktop when executing patterning operations, as well as serious slow downs when running simulations.
