KB5046698 is not available on WSUS

Hello, Our security tool requires us to install KB5046698 on our servers, but this KB is not available on our WSUS. Does anyone know which category is necessary to make this KB available? On Microsoft's website (November 12, 2024—Hotpatch KB5046698 (OS Build 20348.2819) - Microsoft Support) - Microsoft Support), they mention "Windows Server 2022 Datacenter: Azure Edition Hotpatch," but this "Azure Edition Hotpatch" category does not exist in my WSUS.Thank you in advance for your help,Daniel B.
