I bought a new laptop in August. I returned to the laptop a few days ago and the system is asking for a Recovery Key.I have typed in the Recovery Key several times. This is NOT working.Now, the system won't allow me to keep or remove files, or complete a system reboot.A brand new computer completely wasted because of Microsoft's system.Clearly, there is no direct mechanism for support.
