my taskbar get "frozen" sometimes and is rebooting itself, what can be the problem?

like when i was on revit and working so had it frozen up at clock 17.02, but it was in reality 17.48.And then i am clicking on the taskbar it is frozen, start to load and then reboot itself.several times in a day.
