My Windows is freezing

Since yesterday, it happens that my Windows freezes. And that usually happens when it is in idle mode. It happens that I can't start a single program, I can't open a single started application, but after I just start the task manager - everything works again. If I don't start the task manager, I can't even open the system tray or literally anything. Not a single application. It's enough to just start the task manager (I don't shut down any tasks) and everything works again. Can you help me?
