My Microsoft Store is blocked. What do I do now to unblock it?

When I try to open up the Microsoft Store it says that it is blocked and that I need to get in contact with it or system administrator. Except I'm the admin. It tried various things, like reset/restore, problem finder, registery checking. Nothing worked, please help.
