Please help me

I am using window 11 and I have a mouse using the USB driver. Normally, my mouse will auto connect to my laptop but today, in bluetooth setting, I saw the nofitication under my device which was "Diver error". In window update, there is a update called HP - USB - 12/10/2018 12:00:00 AM - 49.0.4411.18331 but I can't install it and it shows this "Install error - 0x80070103". Can anyone help me?
